Graduate of the Law Faculty of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań in 1995. His master thesis was awarded the first place in the contest of professor Kolańczyk for the best master theses defended at the Law and Administration Faculty of the Adam Mickiewicz University in 1994/1995 academic year. In 1994 a Tempus program scholar at the university Rennes 1 (Law Faculty) and Rennes 2 (Social Science Faculty) in France. A legal counsel since 1998, member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Poznań.
