As legal counsels we are entitled to appear in:
  • common courts of all instances,
  • the Supreme Court,
  • Provincial Administrative Courts and Supreme Administrative Court,
  • conciliation courts, including arbitration courts,
  • enforcement proceedings, also based on foreign enforcement orders.
Our lawyers provide consulting and legal representation services at all stages of court and administrative court proceedings. Our offer is directed to both business entities and persons not conducting business activities. We represent our clients in the following proceedings:
  • civil law, in particular:
    • damages, including motor insurance claims,
    • compensation for bodily harm, health disturbance or death of a close relative or friend,
    • establishment of land servitude,
    • certificate of inheritance or distribution of the estate,
    • property title protection,
    • trespassing,
    • mesne profits,
    • personal right protection,
    • revocation of donation,
    • securing pecuniary and non-pecuniary claims in actio Pauliana (avoidance proceedings),
    • complaints about bailiff’s actions;
  • public commercial law , in particular:
    • payment for delivered goods or services,
    • damages for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of agreements,
    • payment of contractual penalties,
    • violation of trademark rights, copyrights or rights to invention,
    • discontinuation of unfair competition actions,
    • securing pecuniary and non-pecuniary claims against management boards of limited liability companies due to the liability for company debts,
    • in cases against management boards of limited liability companies due to the liability for damage caused to the company,
    • declaring bankruptcy or opening company restructuring proceedings;
  • labor law , in particular:
    • payment of remuneration, including overtime,
    • termination upon notice/without notice of employment agreements,
    • discrimination and mobbing,
    • work accidents,
    • claims related to the violation of a non-competition clause (loyalty agreement);
  • administrative court law, in particular filing complaints in Provincial Administrative Courts and complaints in cassation in the Supreme Administrative Court.
Representation in court, administrative court or enforcement proceedings includes, according to the client’s will:
  • instituting such proceedings,
  • representing the client at hearings, during legal and enforcement proceedings,
  • drawing up statements, petitions, appeals at the course of proceedings,
  • participation in mediations of parties,
  • out-of-court settlements.
