Welcome to the website of „Kapczuk Kniat-Borsut Kancelaria Radców Prawnych” law firm seated in Poznań, Poland. Our law firm was established on March 1st, 2005 on the base of previous cooperation between current partners.
Legal services provided for business entities are the core activity of our firm. We cooperate with both sole traders and commercial law companies. One of our common services is the incorporation of commercial companies. We also serve natural persons in cases related to civil law, including inheritance and indemnification, labor law and administrative cases.
