Graduate of the Law Faculty of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, since 2002 a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Poznań (Pz. 2121/05). A legal counsel since 2006, first in cooperation with Kancelaria Radców Prawnych Lesław Kański i Maciej Kapczuk, and since 2011 as a partner in Kański Kapczuk Kniat-Borsut Kancelaria Radców Prawnych Spółka Partnerska.
